我国中小学学校体育政策执行的问题与对策——基于辽宁的实证研究

摘要
学校体育是提高青少年健康素质的关健环节，改革开放以来，为加强学校体育工作，促进青少年参与体育锻炼，政府部门相继出台了一系列政策法规，但是，青少年学生的体质却持续下降。本文以辽宁省为例，利用问卷调查法、文理统计法等，对学校体育政策的执行情况进行调查研究，分析制约我国学投体育政策执行的因素，并据此提出对策建议。
Abstract
The school physical education receives the government and populace＇s value more and more, the related government has also released a series of school physical education policies and regulations, its aim is to improve student＇s physique, but the fact is student＇s physique drops day by day. By using the method of questionnaire and mathematical statistics, this article has analyzed the reason why our country School physical education policy execution is in inefficient. And then puts forward the countermeasure proposal according to the above.
