摘要
随着普通高校体育选项课的发展，越来越多的高校开设了足球选项课课程，但其教学效果和学生对其的认同度却不尽人意。为了丰富教学方法，提高教学效果，促进高较足球选项课的发展，本文对在普通高校足球选项课中运用比赛教学法进行了教学实验研究，并对其结果进行了分析。
Abstract
with the development of common universities＇PE elective course, more and more colleges and universities set up football optional course,however their teching effectiveness and students＇ recognition degree about it are unsatisfactory. In order to enriching teching methods and improving the development of colleges and universities＇ football optional course, this reserch carried out a teching experimental study about the effect of match teching method in football optional course,and analysized its effects.
