“HELP”原理下对吴江市松陵镇中学开展“阳光体育运动”的研究

摘要
通过研究作为青少年健康促进主要手段的“阳光体育运动”在吴江市松陵镇中学开展情况，发现目前“阳光体育运动”在吴江市松陵填中学开展存在的问题，并组织专家探讨栽出解决问题的对策，为“阳光体育运动”在成填学校的更好开展提供理论支持。同时可以为我填体育课程改革以及“阳光体育运动”的内容提供实践依据。
Abstract
The ＂sunshine sports＂ as the main means of adolescent health promotion through research carried out in Wujiang City Lingzhen Secondary School case, found that ＂sunshine sports＂ to carry out the existing problems in Suzhou City High School, and organize experts to explore to find solutions to problemscountermeasures provide theoretical support for the ＂sunshine sports＂ to better carry out in my town school. Physical education curriculum reform for our town as well as the contents of the ＂sunshine sports＂ to provide a practical basis.
