摘要
本文阐述了太极拳与舞蹈的相关与相异，并就太极拳与舞蹈训练的互动进行分析研究，提示舞者审视与思考舞蹈训练的不同方式，提出太极拳是舞蹈训练的重要手段。
Abstract
This paper states the relations and differences between Taijiquan and dancing, it analysis and research the interaction relationships between them. It prompts the dances to think and find different ways of dancing training, and it also indicates that Taijiquan is the important way of dancing training.
