摘要
本文运用调查问卷法、文献资料法、数理统计法、专家访谈法等研究方法,对内蒙古民族大学体育学院网球专业学生进行了调查研究,结果表明：网球专业学生在就业时的期望值和现实存在差距;在就业薪水与就业地域等方面也存在着差距。并对当前网球专业学生就业存在的问题提出了业指导性建议;帮助大学生确立健康的就业心态及主动树立与当前市场经济相适应的就业观等对策;以便于以后高校网球专业学生在择业时提供参考。
Abstract
This article use questionnaire, documentation and statistical methods, expert talks, of five universities sports college tennis professional students conducted research results show that the tennis majors in employment expectations and reality gap, in employment salary and employment areas, and so there was also the gap, and the current basketball professional student employment problems raised the employment guidance and help students establish healthy employment and set up the currently active market economy measures, such as the employment Outlook for later College tennis majors in careers provide reference.
