游戏法在高校体育专业羽毛球教学中的运用研究

摘要
在高校体育专业羽毛球教学中,合理的运用游戏法,不仅可以激发学生的学习兴趣,使学生更快、更好的掌握羽毛球技术动作,还能培养学生的集体精神和优良品质,达到了教学目的。本文主要采用教学实验法在高校体育专业羽毛球教学中运用游戏法作为教学内容和练习手段,通过教学实践研究,对羽毛球的握拍技术、发球技术、击球技术、全场步法等技术动作中运用游戏法,实验后对这些技术动作进行测试,结果得出在高校体育专业羽毛球普修课运用游戏法,其教学效果明显优于传统教学法,提高了羽毛球普修课的教学质量。
Abstract
In the teaching of badminton major in universities,using games reasonably can not only inspire students to grasp major theories as soon as possible,but also help students'collective spirit and positive quality to carry the point of teaching. This paper focuses on using instruction experimentation as teaching content and practice method in the teaching of badminton major in universities. By using instruction experimentation, we can have a better understanding in holding bat,serving,driving and footwork.After we tested these technical movements, we found that using games in the teaching of badminton classes in universities would be better than using other methods to improve the quality of teaching.
