我国亚热带地区普通高校大学生冬季课外体育活动调查研究

摘要
我国亚热带地区冬季湿冷,且高校处于学期末,这一特定时期内的大学生课外体育锻炼值得关注。对所处该地域的武汉、长沙、南昌、合肥、郑州、南京等六座省会城市中18所高校的2500名在校大学生冬季锻炼状况的调查发现,大学生参加冬季课外体育活动的需求较高,但受气候恶劣、场地不足、学习考试压力大等因素的影响,大学生此阶段参加课外体育活动的强度较小、持续时间较短,锻炼质量明显下降。亚热带地区高校应改善大学生冬季体育锻炼环境和条件,以保证大学生冬季身心健康。
Abstract
We found that the college students hope to participate in sport activities with a higher needness,but which restricted by the weather and the sport facilities,and the strength of the sport activities is light,the time of one activities is short.The quality of college students' exercise in winter which is obiously lower than the other terms and the level of common college students in Heilongjiang province in winter.We suggested that the high schools should strenthen the guidance and education of the students' ex-curricular sports activities in winter,and improve the exercise quality of the college students.
