摘要
本研究结合普通高校高水平运动队发展的实际情况,从教练员执教水平、执教能力角度切入。运用问卷调查法,对大连市普通高校高水平教练员执教过程中应具有的能力进行分析研究。研究结果表明：健将级运动员在＂选材能力＂、＂信息运用＂上,要高于一、二级运动员;男运动员要求教练员有很强的＂情绪控制力＂;四年级运动员在要求教练员＂撰写论文能力＂方面高于其他三个年级。
Abstract
This research is combined with the ordinary university high level sports teams to the actual situation of development, from the coaches coach level, coaching ability direction. A questionnaire survey, the ordinary university in Dalian, high level coaches coach should have the ability in the process were analyzed. The results of the study show that: outstanding athletes in the "select material ability", "information using", than a, level 2 players; Male athletes demand coaches have very strong "emotion control"; Grade four athletes in requirements coaches "write the essay ability" than the other aspects three grades.
