对江苏省高职院校体育专业就业情况的认识与思考

摘要
本文通过问卷调查,查阅相关文献资料,分析江苏省高职院校体育专业学生就业的问题,发现根据课程和专业设置的不同江苏省高职院校体育专业学生就业率不一致。笔者分析了原因,并提出要根据岗位定专业、课程设计要合理、提高学生的综合素质、优化教师队伍等建议,希望为促进江苏省高职院校体育专业的教育改革,提高高职院校学生的就业率提供参考。
Abstract
This article analysized the situation of employment of physical education major in Jiangsu advanced vocational college.And found that the difference because of the different arrangement of courses and majors.The author analysized the reason and bring advices:choosing the major according to occupation;course arrangement must be rational;developing the college student's comprehensive qualities;optimizing the college teacher team.The author hope these advices can be helpful for developing revolution of jiangsu advanced vocational college physical education major and developing employment rate of advanced vocational college.
