摘要
文章采取问卷调查法对山西省8所国连胜级体育传统校的管理现状进行的调查，分别从学校的项目开展、外部管理、内部管理方面进行了分析，结论认为山西省国家叙体育传统项目学校大多属于优势项目型，应当结合当地条件、地城优势突出酋己的特色。在运营模式上存在两种；在外部管理上主管部门协调性较差，在内部管理上学校领导的重视。
Abstract
Article to take the survey questionnaire on the management status of Shanxi Province 8 of the tradi- tional school of the National Sports, respectively, from a school project to carry out external management, internal management aspects of the analysis, concluded that most of the traditional project of Shanxi Province National Sports Schoolbelong to the advantages of the project type, should be read in conjunction with the local conditions, and geographical advantages to highlight its own characteristics. There are two operating mode; 13oor coordination of the department in charge of external management, the importance of school leadership in the internal management.
