摘要
运用文献资料法、德尔菲法、专家调查法等方法,依据篮球裁判等级管理制度,篮球裁判规则与裁判法,以及评价理论,对大学生篮球裁判培养的评价指标体系进行了研究,构建出3个分别针对大学生篮球一级、二级、三级裁判的评价指标体系,旨在使裁判员的等级管理及培训工作更加科学、合理。
Abstract
The methods of literature consultation,Delphi and expert investigation are employed in this article to research the evaluation index system of college student ranked basketball referee.Based on such theories on management System for grade of basketball referee,basketball rules,judge methods and evaluation theory,this article constructs an index system of college student basketball refere edevelopment.The index system includes three system for evaluation of primary,secondary and three-level basketball referee,hoping to promote the work of management and cultivation of college student ranked basketball referee more scientifically and reasonably.
