Mycelium cultivation optimization of Tricholoma giganteum
Different nutritions for growth of Tricholoma giganteurn mycelium were studied. The results showed that fructose was the best carbon source, and the best nitrogen source was yeast powder; the mineral element which can accelerated the growth of the mycelium was potassium dihydrogen phosphate; the growth adjustment factor was indole-3-acetic acid; the optimum temperature was 28-32℃(; and the optimum pH was 4.0-5.0.
