以一株新分离得到的路易斯安那异射脉菌为研究材料,探究其在单一及混合木质纤维素材料条件下的漆酶活性.结果表明,不同木质纤维素材料,无论是单一还是混合的木质纤维素材料条件下,对Allophlebia ludoviciana Han 1797 漆酶活性均具有极显著的影响(P<0.001).A.ludoviciana Han 1797 在棉籽壳(M培养基)条件下的最大漆酶活性为(465.04±8.99)U/L,比其在其他单一木质纤维素材料条件下的漆酶活性高.在棉籽壳和北京杨木屑(MY 培养基)条件下,A.ludoviciana Han 1797第3天达最大漆酶活性,为(445.85±30.14)U/L,比其他混合木质纤维素材料条件下的漆酶活性均高.相对而言,A.ludoviciana Han 1797在单一的棉籽壳(M培养基)或含有棉籽壳和玉米芯(MS培养基)及棉籽壳和北京杨木屑(MY 培养基)条件下所分泌的漆酶活性均较高,表明混合木质纤维素材料的方法能够提升分离获得的路易斯安那异射脉菌的漆酶活性.
Laccase activities of Allophlebia ludoviciana Han 1797 in submerged fermentation with single and mixed lignocellulosic materials
A newly isolated fungal strain Allophlebia ludoviciana Han 1797 was used to investigate the laccase activity under submerged fermentation with single and mixed lignocellulosic materials.The results showed that different lignocellulosic materials,either single or mixed lignocellulosic materials,had significant effects(P<0.001)on laccase activity of A.ludoviciana Han 1797.The maximum laccase activity was(465.04±8.99)U/L in cottonseed hull substrate(M medium),being higher than that in other lignocellulosic substrates.Under the condition of fermentation using cottonseed shell mixed with poplar sawdust(MY medium)as substrate,the maximum laccase activity was(445.85±30.14)U/L on day 3,being higher than that of using other mixed lignocellulosic materials.Generally,the A.ludoviciana Han 1797 laccase activity was comparatively high in single cottonseed shell(M medium),cottonseed shell mixed with corn cob(MS medium)and cottonseed shell mixed with poplar sawdust(MY medium),suggesting that the mixed lignocellulosic materials can enhance the laccase activity of A.ludoviciana Han 1797.
