Reflection on the Development of Straw-Edible Mushroom Industry in China——Report on 2023 Chinese Mushroom Day in Zhangzhou,Fujian
In response to the issues of waste and severe pollution caused by straw resources,as well as to promote the straw conversion,optimize the circular economy model,and facilitate the cycle production of plants,animal and fungi,with a focus on the innovative concept of the straw-edible mushroom industry.It provides a comprehensive analysis of six aspects:the current state of straw in China,an overview of the straw-edible mushroom industry,challenges and opportunities within straw-edible mushroom industry,utilization of straw substrates,efficient transformation methods,carbon neutrality and carbon peak of straw-edible mushroom industry.The recycling agriculture model adopted by straw-edible mushroom industry exhibits characteristics such as reuse and recycling.Developing agricultural production through this model can effectively alleviate existing agricultural pollution problems,while conserving various resources,and promoting sustainable development in agricultural economy.
