The Logic and Pathway of Promoting the Comprehensive Rural Revitalization through the Edible Mushroom Industry under the Guidence of Cycle Production of Plants,Animals and Fungi
This paper analyzes the emerging trend of edible fungi consumption,provides a comprehensive explanation the essence of sustainable development of plants,animals and edible fungi,and systematically analyzes the pathway for rural revitalization through cycling production of plants,animals and edible fungi.This study proposes recommendations to enhance awareness regarding circular production practices,strengthen market development efforts,increase support for technology advancements as well as technicial expertise and funding availability,Moreover,it emphasizes that utilizing straw and livestock excrement as raw materials for edible fungi production should be considered a crucial direction for future development.
