Optimization of Extraction Technology and Antioxidant Activity of Ganoderma lingzhi by Response Surface Method
Response surface analysis was used to optimize the extraction process of Ganoderma lingzhi polysaccharides for the improvement of extraction rates and study of their antioxidant activity.Effects of methods, used time,solid-liquid ratio and number of times for extraction on polysaccharide yields were investigated. The results showed that reflux extraction method had the best extraction rate under the mostly suitable conditions as indicated below:temperature 85℃,time 4.2 h,solid-liquid ratio 1∶31 and twice extractions, which revealed the extraction rate of 1.676%.At the concentration of 1 mg/mL of G.lingzhi fruit body polysaccharides, the scavenging rates of DPPH free radical and hydroxyl-free radical were 94.23%and 61.21%,respectively.Our study thereafter provides a basic reference for the effective extraction of G.lingzhi polysaccharides and the development and utilization of their resources in future.
