Review of Gearbox Fault Diagnosis Techniques under Variable Conditions
Gearboxes are critical assemblies, and are apt to failure in a mechanical drivetrain. Traditional tech-niques for vibration monitoring and diagnosis are difficult to detect and identify effectively in non - stationary operating conditions. The state- of- the - art advancement in fault diagnosis techniques, the status and the developments of gearboxes under varying operation conditions at home and abroad is reviewed extensively, and the development trend of these techniques is discussed.
