基于复Morlet小波的混合动力客车噪声识别与改进

针对某款混合动力客车在混合模式下,制动时出现的异常噪声问题,采用复Morlet小波对采集的噪声信号进行了时频分析,结合滤波分析和声音回放技术,确定了异常噪声时频信息,结果表明异常噪声与车速直接相关.提取了初始制动车速分别为39 km/h、48 km/h、56 km/h时的异常噪声频率,与变速器副箱锥齿轮啮合频率一致,表明该车制动时出现的异常噪声是由变速器副箱锥齿轮发出的.针对该异常噪声,采取对锥齿轮副进行精心配对、并修形的改进措施,改进后异常噪声大幅减小,有效改善了该车的声学舒适性水平.
Identification and Improvement of Noise of Hybrid Power Bus based on Complex Morlet Wavelet
With abnormal noise usually occurs when braking of a hybrid power bus in mixed mode,time-frequency analysis is performed by using complex Modet wavelet for a collected noise signal.Combined with filtering analysis and sound playback technology,the time-frequency information of abnormal noise is determined,the results show that the abnormal noise and vehicle speed are directly related.Extracting the abnormal noise frequency from the conditions varying initial braking velocity:39 km/h,48 km/h,56 km/h is the same as the frequency of bevel gear.It shows that the abnormal noise during the vehicle braking comes from the bevel gear.For the abnormal noise sources,measures of bevel gear matching carefully and shape modification are taken.Real car Subjective test shows the abnormal noise is decreased greatly,and sound level is improved effectively.
