研究了手动变速器齿轮敲击振动与噪声产生的机理.通过对变速器NVH性能测试,确定某乘用车手动变速器齿轮敲击噪声主要由输入轴转矩波动过大引起.分析了双质量飞轮衰减发动机传递到变速器转矩波动的工作原理.通过试验,验证了双质量飞轮可以有效地衰减输入轴转矩波动,即将该乘用车手动变速器齿轮敲击噪声控制在合理范围内.
Research of Optimization of Gear Rattle of Manual Transmission in Passenger Car
The vibration and noise generation mechanism of the gear rattle in manual transmission is analyzed.According to the measurement of the size and the test of the NVH,the gear rattle in manual transmission is caused by the severe torque fluctuation of input shaft.The working principle of the dual mass flywheel (DMF) damping the gear rattle noise in manual transmission is analyzed.Through the experiment,the DMF can effectively damp the torque fluctuation of input shaft is verified,the gear rattle of the passenger car manual transmission can be controlled in a reasonable range as well.
