基于TRIZ理论大传动比二挡变速器的设计与仿真

针对链式冷拔产线缺少大传动比变速器,在ZSY500-50三级减速器基础上,利用TRIZ理论分析了技术系统中存在的技术矛盾,在矛盾矩阵表中查找有利于技术矛盾解决的发明原理,在发明原理的启示下,经过增加滑移齿轮、改进滑移机构和优化轴系布局等三次结构优化设计,设计出结构合理、紧凑的50/100二挡变速器;对核心零部件进行了强度计算,并利用Ansys Workbench软件进行了力学仿真.结果表明,二挡变速器核心零部件均满足强度要求.
Design and Simulation of Two-speed Variators with Large Transmission Ratio Based on the TRIZ Theory
Aiming at the lack of speed variators with large transmission ratio for the chain cold drawing production line,on the basis of the ZSY500-50 three-stage reducer,the technical contradiction existing in the technical system is analyzed using the TRIZ theory,and the invention principles that are conducive to solving the technical contradiction are found in the contradiction matrix table.Under the inspiration of the invention principles,the 50/100 second-speed gear transmission with reasonable and compact structure is designed by adding sliding gears,improving the sliding mechanism and optimizing the shafting layout.The strength calculation of the core components and the mechanical simulation using the Ansys Workbench software show that the core components of the two-speed variator all meet the strength requirements.
