摘要
[目的]腐蚀疲劳断裂是风电变桨轴承一种主要的失效形式,常导致桨叶掉落停机.为此,提出了一种用变桨轴承局部代替整体的有限元模型,用以探究变桨轴承套圈腐蚀后的结构疲劳剩余寿命.[方法]采用有限元软件Ansys和三维断裂力学软件Franc3D相结合的方法,通过在变桨轴承套圈最大等效应力位置处插入预损伤来代替模拟腐蚀坑,研究受腐蚀的变桨轴承套圈在实际工况下的结构疲劳裂纹扩展路径及寿命.[结果]结果显示,受腐蚀影响,变桨轴承套圈在实际工况下的结构疲劳剩余寿命为2.2×107循环周次,大约2.3年,占设计寿命的11.6%.通过该结果,可以更好地了解变桨轴承套圈受腐后结构疲劳的特点,其可为相关领域的工程实践提供指导和参考.
Abstract
[Objective]The corrosion fatigue fracture of the wind turbine pitch bearing is a major failure mode,often leading to the blade detachment and shutdown.To this end,a finite element model of replacing the whole pitch bearing with a local one was proposed to investigate the structural fatigue remaining life of pitch bearings after corrosion of the raceways.[Methods]A combined method of finite element software Ansys and three-dimensional fracture mechanics software Franc3D was adopted to simulate the corrosion pit by inserting a pre-damage at the location of the maximum equivalent stress in the bearing ring.The crack propagation path and life of the corroded bearing ring were investigated under actual operating conditions.[Results]The results show that the remaining fatigue life of the corroded bearing ring under actual operating conditions is 2.2×107 cycles,ap-proximately 2.3 years,accounting for 11.6%of the design life.Through this results,the characteristics of the structural fatigue of the bearing ring affected by the corrosion can be better understood,providing guidance and reference for engineering practic-es in related fields.
