Experiment is conducted based on RIEGL-VZ1000 terrestrial 3 D laser scanning measurement system, and two kinds of 3 D multi-view cloud data registration methods are compared and analyzed. Some suggestions for improving the accuracy of point cloud data registration are given, and a new method is proposed in order to provide reference for future work.
