Application of 3D Laser Scanning Technology in the Registration of Rural Premises
The integrated registration of rural real estate ownership is important for orderly promoting the reform of rural land management system,and efficiently collecting cadastral and housing measurement data is the key of this work.Starting from reality,this article takes a certain county in Jiangxi Province as an example,compares the usage scenarios of different types of 3D laser scanning technology,and uses ground 3D laser scanning technology to achieve rapid mapping of topographic maps in rural housing and land integration projects.Research has shown that,if data accuracy can be guaranteed,ground 3D laser scanning technology can reduce field labor intensity and improve work efficiency compared to traditional surveying methods,which is especially suitable for mountainous areas with complex terrain features.It is highly feasible in integrated rural real estate ownership investigation work.
