教练技术提升高职学生学习效能的实证研究——以广州南洋理工职业学院为例

摘要
"教练技术"源于体育事业,后被美国管理者应用于企业管理,成为新兴的人力资源开发技术.2006年,清华大学开始将教练技术应用于大学生职业生涯教育,运用实证方法证实了教练技术能增强大学生的职业效能感与职业决策能力.基于此,提出了教练技术能提升高职学生学习效能的假设,并以广州南洋理工职业学院为研究对象,运用实地实验的方法,对该假设进行了实证研究,研究结果显示经过教练技术辅导的实验组学生,在学习动机与学习效能感前后测的增值上显著高于对照组学生;在期末考试的测验上,实验组学生的平均分显著高于对照组学生.这表明假设成立.
Abstract
"Coaching technology"originated in sports and was later applied to business management by American managers and became an emerging human resource development technology.In 2006,Tsinghua University began to apply coaching technology to college students'career education,and empirical methods proved that coaching technology can enhance college students'sense of professional efficacy and career decision-making ability.Based on this,this paper put forward the hypothesis that coaching technology can improve the learning effectiveness of higher vocational students,and took Nanyang Polytechnic Vocational College in Guangzhou as the research object,and used the method of field experiment to conduct an empirical study on this hypothesis,and the results showed that the students in the experimental group who were tutored by coaching technology were significantly higher than the students in the control group in terms of the value-added of learning motivation and learning efficacy before and after the test,and the average score of the students in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the students in the control group in the final examination.This indicates that the hypothesis is true.
