摘要

基于生态视角,通过对中部地区某综合类普通高职院校英语教师群体分别进行集体访谈和个别深入访谈,了解高职英语教师专业发展困境,探究高职英语教师专业发展能动性的表现形式和影响因素,并提出了提高高职英语教师专业发展能动性的建议.

Abstract

Based on the ecological perspective,this paper conducted group interviews and individual in-depth interviews with English teachers in a comprehensive general higher vocational college in central China to understand the dilemma of the professional development of higher vocational English teachers,explore the manifestations and influencing factors of the professional development initiative of higher vocational English teachers,and put forward suggestions for improving the professional development initiative of higher vocational English teachers.
