摘要
基于大思政教育的背景,高职思政教学面临着转型和创新的需求.分析了大思政教育背景下高职思政教学存在的问题,并针对问题,提出了融合多元化教学内容、采用创新教学方法和手段、强化师资队伍建设、加强理论与实践的结合等一系列创新路径,旨在提高思政教学的实效性,提高学生的综合素质,满足新时代教育的发展需求.
Abstract
Based on the background of ideological and political education,higher vocational ideological and political education is facing the need for transformation and innovation.This paper analyzes the problems existing in higher vocational ideological and political teaching under the background of ideological and political education,and puts forward a series of innovative paths such as integrating diversified teaching content,adopting innovative teaching methods and means,strengthening the construction of teachers,and strengthening the combination of theory and practice,aiming to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political teaching,improve the comprehensive quality of students,and meet the development needs of education in the new era.
