马克思劳动关系理论是在理论的批判继承和实践的丰富发展中形成和确立的,其内涵是在指导社会实践的历史发展中进一步丰富和完善,对当前构建和谐劳动关系具有重要的指导意义.以马克思劳动关系理论为指导思想,分析我国劳动关系存在的一些问题,并提出构建和谐劳动关系的主要思路.
Abstract
Marx's theory of labor relations was formed and established in the critical inheritance of theory and the rich development of practice,and its connotation is further enriched and improved in the historical development of guiding social practice,which has important guiding significance for the current construction of harmonious labor relations.Based on Marx's theory of labor relations,this paper analyzes some problems existing in China's labor relations,and puts forward the main ideas for building harmonious labor relations.
