摘要
当前国有企业改革进入深水期,以思想政治工作引领国有企业高质量发展,既是旗帜鲜明跟党走的政治体现,又是促进企业创新发展的现实需要.基于此,针对现实存在的问题,对国有企业思想政治工作的实践意义进行研究,从理论层面驳斥思想政治工作无效论,积极探索增强国有企业思想政治意识的有效路径,推动国有企业思想政治工作全面发展.
Abstract
At present,the reform of state-owned enterprises has entered a deep-water period,and leading the high-quality development of state-owned enterprises with ideological and political work is not only a political embodiment of following the party with a clear banner,but also a practical need to promote the innovation and development of enterprises.Based on this,in view of the existing problems,this paper studies the practical significance of ideological and political work in state-owned enterprises,refutes the theory of ineffectiveness of ideological and political work from the theoretical level,actively explores effective ways to enhance the ideological and political awareness of state-owned enterprises,and promotes the all-round development of ideological and political work in state-owned enterprises.
