摘要

针对某电厂1 000 MW发电机组转子振动大的现象,从该型号转子结构的特点出发,发现转子振动呈增大的趋势,着重描述了抽出转子和返厂检修发现的不正常情况,并进一步分析原因,提出处理措施,处理后转子运行良好,振动情况满足规程要求.

Abstract

In view of the phenomenon of large rotor vibration of 1 000 MW generator set in a power plant,starting from the characteristics of the rotor structure of this model,it is found that the rotor vibration is increasing,and the abnormal situation found in the extraction of the rotor and the return to the factory for maintenance is emphatically described,and the causes are further analyzed,and the treatment measures are proposed,and the rotor runs well after treatment,and the vibration meets the requirements of the regulations.
