摘要
高校思政教育专业人才培养要基于对育人培养教育体系优化,进一步提高对教学资源的整合能力,并通过改变思政教育专业的课程教学结构、优化思政教育专业教育评价标准,充分拓展人才培养体系优化的路径,为高校提升思政教育专业人才培养水平创造有利的教育条件.探讨了高校思政教育专业人才培养的内在需求,阐述了高校思政教育专业人才培养体系优化的必要性,并基于高校思政教育专业人才培养体系优化面临的问题,提出了优化路径.
Abstract
The cultivation of ideological and political education professionals in colleges and universities should be based on the optimization of the education system of education and training,further improve the ability to integrate teaching resources,and fully expand the path of talent training system optimization by changing the course teaching structure of ideological and political education and optimizing the evaluation standards of ideological and political education,so as to create favorable educational conditions for colleges and universities to improve the training level of ideological and political education professionals.This paper discusses the internal needs of the training of ideological and political education professionals in colleges and universities,expounds the necessity of optimizing the training system of ideological and political education professionals in colleges and universities,and proposes the optimization path based on the problems faced by the optimization of the training system of ideological and political education professionals in colleges and universities.
