After the introduction of the"six unification"standard,the new substations of Jiangsu Power Grid are designed and installed under the"six unification"standard.Combined with the actual operation of relay protection in Jiangsu Power Grid,this paper focuses on the analysis of several key protection operation characteristics of the 220 kV BP series bus differential protection before and after the implementation of the"six unifications"standard,such as differential protection,charging overcurrent protection,bus connection failure and dead time protection,which has certain reference value for ensuring the correctness of the operation of the 220 kV BP series bus differential protection after the implementation of the"six unifications"standard.
