At present,university libraries are in the stage of digital intelligence construction.In order to meet the personalized service needs of readers and the requirements of intelligent construction,this paper explores the background and connotation of the digital and intelligent construction of university libraries based on reader services,expounds the technical challenges faced by the digital construction of university libraries,and puts forward the digital and intelligent construction strategies of university libraries,aiming to optimize the readers'service concepts,technologies and systems,improve the digital and intelligent literacy of librarians,and finally ensure that readers can use the collection resources conveniently and efficiently.
