摘要

当前,我国的职业教育事业迎来重大的发展机遇,课程思政成为高职院校教学改革的重要方向之一.对于新建高职院校来说,如何培养德技并修的高素质技术技能人才、有效提升教师课程思政教学能力,是亟待解决的问题.基于此,通过结合高职院校实际情况,从领导带头、全员参与、校园环境、红色文化、激励制度入手,探究教师课程思政教学能力提升的策略.

Abstract

At present,China's vocational education is ushering in a major development opportunity,and curriculum ideology and politics have become one of the important directions of teaching reform in higher vocational colleges.For the new higher vocational colleges,how to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents with both moral and technical skills and effectively improve the ideological and political teaching ability of teachers is an urgent problem to be solved.Based on this,by combining the actual situation of higher vocational colleges,starting from the leadership leadership,full participation,campus environment,red culture,and incentive system,the strategy of improving teachers'ideological and political teaching ability in curriculum is studied.
