摘要
网络犯罪问题日益严重,不断引起社会各界的关注,特别是刑法学界更是在积极开展相关法律研究.而从法律心理学的角度对网络犯罪进行解读,则会发现它与其他形式的犯罪并无本质区别,不过是透过网络本身的特性对犯罪特性加以放大的一类犯罪,因此,多关注犯罪本身、关注犯罪主体、关注犯罪主体的犯罪心理形成与发展,定会对预防和控制网络犯罪有很大的帮助.
Abstract
Nowadays,severe cyber crimes have aroused much more attention by the public and some studies have been done in the field of criminal law.From the aspect of legal psychology,cyber crimes are not different in essential from other kinds of crimes.They can be seen as the crimes whose criminal characteristics become clearer on the Internet.Therefore,the prevention and control of cyber crimes will achieve a perfect effects if more consideration is given to the crime itself,the subject of crime,and the formation and development of criminal mentality of the subject of crime.
