In recent years , a lot of universities in our country have reformed the English teaching .However , we have just star-ted training the inter-disciplinary translators and it is still in the primary stage , all the methods and measures are not perfect .As a result, this article analyzed and explained the training mode of inter -disciplinary translators with innovative abilities to develop the regional native economy .
