摘要
在教育、科技、人才一体化发展的国家战略背景下,"创新"成为推动发展的关键因素,专创融合则是高校培养创新型人才的重要举措.拟从高校专业教育与创新创业教育融合的必要性和可行性着手,着力强调从政府、高校、学生三个主体层面,以强化政策保障、营造双创文化、优化师资队伍、重构课程体系、完善培养成效评价、激发潜能为举措等方面,研究专创融合的有效路径,为创新型人才培养提供参考范式.
Abstract
Under the background of the national strategy of integrating education,science and technology,and talent development,"innovation"has become a key factor driving the development of education,and the in-tegration of specialization and innovation is an important measure for cultivating innovative talents in colleges and universities.This paper starts from the necessity and feasibility of integrating specialiaed,innovation and entre-preneurship education in colleges and universities,and emphasizes the importance of strengthening policy guar-antees,creating an environment of innovation and entrepreneurship,optimizing faculty teams,reconstructing curriculum systems,improving the evaluation of training effectiveness,and stimulating potential from the per-spectives of the government,universities,and students.It explores effective approaches for the integration of specialization and innovation,providing a reference paradigm for the cultivation of innovative talents.
