教育强国建设下,高校思政课教师的职业道德能力直接关乎高校思政课的质量成效与教育强国树人根基的夯实稳固,必须挖掘高校思政课教师提升职业道德能力的内在力量,以本体归属和爱的需要、尊重的需要、自我实现的需要激发高校思政课教师调节提升职业道德能力;深入探究责任与担当的互动关联,以责任担当的鲜明导向振奋高校思政课教师提升职业道德能力;充分利用良好职业效能感的驱动力为提升职业道德能力蓄能增效,焕发教师热心从教、终身从教、自信从教的躬耕活力.
Under the construction of a powerful country in education,the professional ethics ability of ideo-logical and political courses teachers in universities is directly related to the quality and effectiveness of the above mentioned courses in universities and the solid foundation of cultivating a powerful country in education.It is necessary to excavate the internal power of ideological and political courses teachers in universities to enhance their professional ethics ability,and stimulate them to adjust and enhance their professional ethics ability based on the needs of belonging and love,respect,and self realization;deeply explore the interactive relationship be-tween responsibility and commitment,and inspire ideological and political courses teachers in universities to en-hance their professional ethics with a clear direction of responsibility;utilize the driving force of a good sense of professional efficacy to enhance professional ethics and efficiency and revitalize teachers'enthusiasm for lifelong teaching with confidence.
