大风天气下装配式阳台吊装稳定性研究

随着装配式建筑兴起,预制装配式阳台作为装配式建筑中重要的组成部分,其吊装过程的安全性能受到广泛关注.针对常年处于大风天气下的张家口坝上地区,通过研究风荷载对PC封闭式阳台提升时的影响,进行了9 种不同风攻角、7 种不同风向角下PC封闭式阳台模型的风压对比;将0°、30°、60°风向角下的风压与-6°、3°、12°风攻角下的风压转换为均布面荷载,使用有限元软件对比分析了迎风面受风向角度的改变对PC封闭式阳台2 种吊装方式下提升时的稳定性;考虑平均风与脉动风的影响,将阳台在不同受风状态下的稳定性进行对比分析,得出脉动风与风向角度均对PC封闭式阳台提升时的稳定性具有不可忽视的影响,建议阳台提升时优先采用桁架式吊装方式,并应考虑施工现场实时的风速与风向.
Study on the Hoisting Stability of Assembled Balcony in Windy Weather
With the rise of prefabricated buildings,prefabricated balcony as an important part of prefabrica-ted buildings,the safety performance during its lifting process has received extensive attention.For the Zhangjia-kou Bashang area in windy weather all year round,the influence of wind load on the lifting of PC closed balcony is studied,and the wind pressure of PC closed balcony model under 9 different wind attack angles and 7 different wind angles are compared;after that,the wind pressure at 0°,30°and 60°wind angles and-6°,3°and 12° wind attack angles are converted into uniformly distributed surface load.Finite element software is used to com-pare and analyze the stability of the PC enclosed balcony under two lifting methods when the wind direction angle of the windward surface changed;finally,considering the influence of average wind and pulsating wind,the sta-bility of the balcony under different wind conditions is compared and analyzed.It is concluded that pulsating wind and wind direction angle have an undeniable impact on the stability of the PC enclosed balcony during lift-ing.It is recommended to prioritize lifting method 1 when lifting the balcony,and real-time wind speed and di-rection at the construction site should be considered.
