摘要
高职院校数字档案馆建设是智慧校园建设不可或缺的一环.数字档案馆建设以数字技术应用为基础,采用先进的技术,如物联网、云计算、智能文件管理等,全面提升档案资源的感知、处理和服务水平.系统通过终端采集、网络技术的成功应用,实现了物联网、互联网和移动互联网的无缝连接,为校园内物品、个体及其相互间的互联、互通和互动提供了先进的基础条件.高职院校通过深度开发数字档案资源,应用尖端的数字信息与通信技术,不仅提高了档案管理的效率,还为实现更智能、更先进的服务奠定了坚实基础.
Abstract
The construction of digital archives in higher vocational colleges is an indispensable component of smart campus development.Based on the application of digital technology,the construction employs advanced technologies such as the Internet of Things(IoT),cloud computing,and intelligent file management to compre-hensively enhance the perception,processing,and service levels of archival resources.The system,through the successful application of terminal collection and network technology,seamlessly connects the Internet of Things,the Internet,and mobile Internet,providing an advanced foundation for the interconnection,connectivity and in-teraction among items,individuals,and entities within the campus.By deeply developing digital archival re-sources and applying cutting-edge digital information and communication technologies,higher vocational colleges not only improve the efficiency of archival management but also establish a solid foundation for achieving more intelligent and advanced services.
