摘要
机器视觉技术广泛应用于工业领域,可以对不同类型的产品进行捕捉、分类、分析及检测.针对PCB缺陷检测(Automated Optical Inspection,即AOI)过程中可能产生图像失真或数据失真的情况,对图像采集原理进行了剖析,提出了九点标定方法,通过机器视觉平台验证,九点标定方法较准确地实现了世界坐标数据与图像坐标系数据的转换,得到了预想的数据结果.PCB缺陷检测可快速批量化为产品质检,具有较好的应用前景和参考价值.
Abstract
Machine vision technology is widely used in the industrial field,which can capture,classify,an-alyze,and detect different types of products.This article analyzes the possible image distortion or data distortion during the Automated Optical Inspection(AOI)process of PCB detection,and it proposes a nine point calibra-tion method.Through machine vision platform verification,the nine point calibration method accurately achieves the conversion of world coordinate data and image coordinate system data.The nine point calibration method ob-tains the expected data results.PCB detection can be quickly mass-produced in product quality inspection,which has good application prospects and reference value.
