Experimental Research and Optimization of Refrigerator Liner Mold
The processing accuracy of refrigerator inner liner is the key factor that affects the refrigerator preservation ability.The study found that the gap between the turning strip in the refrigerator door bladder blister mold and the box bladder blister assembling strip is the main influencing factor.Based on the mechanism of the nonlinear dynamic change of the gap and temperature of the blister mold of the refrigerator door,this paper de-signed and established the refrigerator liner model.The nonlinear deformation theory and ANSYS were used to analyze the molding process and optimize the liner structure according to the analysis results.The results show that the radiation time is 100s and the central radiation temperature is 40℃.The optimized model can solve the influence of mold gap on the machining accuracy of refrigerator inner liner,and produce qualified products that meet the requirements of use.
