基于ABAQUS仿真的高速电梯曳引机主轴校核与分析

主轴是高速曳引电梯的重要组成部分,在电梯工作中要承受不同扭矩和变化载荷的冲击.在曳引机主轴的设计中,利用ABAQUS软件对主轴进行有限元分析,首先,构建了主轴三维模型,依据主轴实际工作中的环境变量简化出两种工况:主轴平稳运转没有偏心力和出现偏心力.其次,分别对主轴进行校核,并进行模态分析以确定主轴系统和模态振型的固有频率,可以准确得出各阶振型,仿真结果显示主轴设计是有效的.最后,通过现场电梯主轴的安装与调试,验证了有限元仿真分析的结果,试验证明:利用ABAUQS软件对电梯曳引机主轴进行校核分析是合理可行的.该方法适用于其他轴类零件的设计校核.
Check and Analysis on Traction Spindle of High-Speed Elevator Based on ABAQUS Simulation
The main shaft is an important part of high-speed traction elevator,which must bear the impact of different torques and varying loads in elevator operation.In the design of the main shaft of the traction machine,the finite element analysis of the main shaft is carried out by using ABAQUS software.Firstly,the three-dimen-sional model of the main shaft is constructed,and two working conditions are simplified according to the environ-mental variables of the actual work of the main shaft:smooth operation of the main shaft without eccentric force and the presence of eccentric force.Secondly,the spindle is checked and modal analysis is carried out to deter-mine the natural frequencies of the spindle system and modal modes,and each order modal mode can be accu-rately obtained.The simulation results show that the spindle design is effective.Finally,through the installation and debugging of the elevator spindle in the field,the results of finite element simulation analysis are verified.The test proves that it is reasonable and feasible to use ABAUQS software to check and analyze the elevator trac-tor spindle.This method is suitable for the design and check of other shaft parts.
