摘要
数字化背景下,数字素养成为关乎社会文明程度、国民素质水平以及国家软实力的重要指标.试在追溯数字素养概念意涵的基础上,分析大学生数字素养培育的价值意蕴,并从完善顶层设计、强化师资建设、扩大数字资源供给、构筑协同矩阵等方面提出培育路径,为数字时代高校大学生数字素养教育提供镜鉴.
Abstract
Under the background of digitalization,digital literacy has become an important indicator of so-cial civilization,national quality and national soft power.On the basis of tracing the conceptual meaning of digit-al literacy,this paper analyzes the value implication of college students'digital literacy cultivation,and proposes the cultivation path from the aspects of improving the top-level design,strengthening the construction of teach-ers,expanding the supply of digital resources,and constructing a collaborative matrix,so as to provide a mirror for the digital literacy education of college students in the digital era.
