Performance Study of Green Concrete Based on Industrial Waste Recycling in the Context of Green Development
In the context of global green development, the construction industry,as a key field,is actively seeking a more environmentally sustainable development path.Based on the recycling of industrial waste, the preparation process of green concrete was explored, including the effective utilization of industrial waste such as blastfurnace slag powder, fly ash,micro-silica powder and steel slag.Eighteen kinds of concrete specimens were studied and designed, and their performance under normal and high temperature conditions was discussed. The results show that the green concrete prepared by using these industrial wastes is superior to ordinary concrete in terms of fluidity and mechanical properties, and the compressive strength is increased by an average of 23%to 24%.In terms of high temperature performance, green concrete exhibits a slower temperature rise rate and supe-rior thermal insulation performance.Specifically, steel slag and slag admixtures play a positive role in improving the high temperature performance of concrete, especially in the range of 400℃ to 800℃.The green concrete proposed by the study based on the recycling of industrial waste provides strong support for the sustainable devel-opment of the construction industry, reducing the dependence on natural resources and reducing the environmen-tal burden.
