摘要
随着Web2.0 技术的成熟,前端开发技术人才的综合素养越来越重要,创新思维、创业意识和创新创业能力的培养尤其重要.试对高职院校校企合作人才培养模式在学生创新创业能力培养进行了研究,指出创新创业能力培养的重要意义,以及存在重视不足、教学内容不合理、目标定位有偏差等问题,进而从企业全程参与、创造实践机会、建立多样化培养模式和多层次评价体系四个角度提出校企合作模式下Web前端开发专业学生创新创业能力培养的有效途径,实现产教融合.
Abstract
With the maturity of Web 2.0 technology,the comprehensive quality of front-end development technical talents is becoming more and more important,especially the cultivation of innovative thinking,entre-preneurial consciousness and innovative entrepreneurial ability.This paper tries to study the cultivation mode of school-enterprise cooperation talents in higher vocational colleges in the cultivation of students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability,pointing out the important significance of innovation and entrepreneurship ability train-ing and analyzing the problems such as insufficient attention,unreasonable teaching content and deviation of tar-get positioning.From the four perspectives of enterprise participation,the creation of practical opportunities,the establishment of diversified training modes and multi-level evaluation system,this paper puts forward an effective way to cultivate students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability under the school-enterprise cooperation mode,so as to realize the integration of production and education.
