以应用型本科高校为研究焦点,对党建与业务方面的深度整合路径进行了详尽的探讨和实践.通过探索党建与业务双融合的发展历程和它们之间的辩证关系,深入研究了基于"7S模型"理论的应用型本科高校党建与业务深度融合的策略模型.总结了实施应用型本科高校党建与业务深度融合策略的具体路径,并提出了一系列有效措施以实现党建与业务的相互促进和发展,旨在为其他应用型本科高校在党建与业务融合方面的发展提供有益的参考.
Abstract
Focusing on the research of application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities,this pa-per conducts a detailed exploration and practice on the path of deep integration between Party building and busi-ness operations.Through exploring the development process of the dual integration of Party building and business operations,as well as their dialectical relationship,this research delves into the strategic model for deep integra-tion of Party building and business operations in application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities based on the"7S model"theory.This research summarizes the specific paths for implementing the strategy of deep integration between Party building and business operations in application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities,and propose a series of effective measures to achieve mutual promotion and development be-tween Party building and business operations.Taking the practice of Harbin Cambridge University in the deep integration of Party building and business operations as a starting point,this study aims to provide useful refer-ences for other application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities in the development of Party building and business integration.
