商用洗碗机传送带控制优化设计

为了解决当前商用洗碗机传送带系统调速成本高、稳定性差、调速复杂等问题,提出对商用洗碗机传送带控制系统进行优化设计的方法.该设计包括洗碗机传送带链排结构、减速电机装置、变频器选型和接线设计,并对变频器调速控制部分进行详细设计.该设计的优点是变频器调速易于实现、成本低、稳定性高且传送带不打滑准确性高.该设计在安庆三维电器有限公司生产的商用FTC-IPAD2 洗碗机中进行应用实验,结果表明:提出的优化设计科学合理、系统运行稳定,能实现电动机软启动,对机械设备的冲击力较小,调速方便,已经应用于安庆三维电器有限公司生产的商用洗碗机上,洗碗机已经生产销售到全国舰船、大型食堂等场所.
Optimization Design of Conveyor Belt Control for Commercial Dishwashers
In order to solve the problems of high cost,poor stability,and complex speed regulation in the current commercial dishwasher conveyor belt system,a method of optimizing the design of the commercial dish-washer conveyor belt control system is proposed.This system includes the chain structure of the dishwasher con-veyor belt,the reduction motor device,the selection and wiring design of the frequency converter,and a detailed design of the speed control part of the frequency converter.The advantages of this system include easy implemen-tation of frequency converter speed regulation,low cost,high stability,and the conveyor belt does not slip with high accuracy.The design is applied in the commercial FTC-IPAD2 dishwasher produced by Anqing Sanwei E-lectrical Co.,Ltd.The results show that the proposed optimization design is scientific and reasonable,the system operation is stable,the soft start of the motor can be realized,the impact on the mechanical equipment is small,and the speed regulation is convenient,which has been applied to the commercial dishwasher produced by An-qing Sanwei Electric Co.,Ltd.,and the dishwashers has been produced and sold to ships and large canteens across the country.
