温室大棚喷药机器人设计及仿真分析

针对温室大棚喷药效率低、过量喷施农药、对喷药者身体危害大等问题,设计了一种温室大棚喷药机器人.首先对喷药机器人的行走机构、动力系统、电源系统、控制系统等进行了设计;其次根据所需的最大牵引力,确定驱动电机、减速器以及太阳能电池板的选型;最后利用SolidWorks软件对各零件进行建模及装配,在Simulation插件中对车架和药箱进行静力学和模态分析,在ADAMS中进行运动学仿真,结果显示,所设计车架和药箱满足强度要求,机器人能够平稳安全地运行,为后期实物制作奠定了理论基础.
Design and Simulation Analysis of Spraying Robot in Greenhouse
A greenhouse spraying robot is designed for the problems of low spraying efficiency,excessive spraying of pesticides and great harm to sprayers in greenhouses.Firstly,the walking mechanism,power system,power supply system and control system of the spraying robots are designed.Secondly,according to the required maximum traction force,the selection of drive motor,reducer and solar panel is determined.Finally,Solid-Works software is used to model and assemble each part,the frame and the medicine box are analyzed statically and modally in Simulation plug-in,and kinematic simulation is carried out in ADAMS.The results show that the designed frame and the medicine box can meet the strength requirements,and the robot is able to run smoothly and safely,which lays a theoretical foundation for the later physical production.
