Preparation and Photo Catalytic Performance of Ag3PO4/HAP/GO Composite Catalyst
The composite of silver phosphate/hydroxyapatite/grapheme oxide(Ag3PO4/HAP/GO)was syn-thesized at room temperature using silver nitrate, sodium phosphate, and calcium acetate as raw materials with co-precipitation method.During the preparation process, graphene oxide(GO)worked as a regulator. The mor-phologies and structures of the samples were characterized and analyzed by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Methylene blue(MB)was used as a simulated pollutant to evaluate the photo-catalytic performances of the prepared composites. The results show that the catalytic degradation rate of MB by Ag3PO4/HAP/GO is12 and 64 times higher than that of Ag3PO4 and HAP,respectively, under the simu-lated sunlight irradiation.Although there is not much difference in the rates between Ag3PO4/HAP/GO and Ag3PO4/GO,the introduction of HA greatly reduces the cost of the catalyst and provides a prerequisite for the widespread application of Ag3PO4/HAP/GO.
