摘要
教学质量是高等教育质量之命脉,教育强国之根本,地方应用型高校之生命线.凸显学生在教育发展中的主体地位,通过学习成效评估强调教学质量的评测有效性,契合地方产业需求完善人才培养模式,建设"教学质量决策与执行、教学质量监控与评估、教学质量信息反馈、教学质量持续改进"的闭环教学质量保障模式,健全教学质量保障体系,切实保障地方应用型高校教育教学的有效运行.
Abstract
Teaching quality is the lifeblood of higher education quality,the foundation of education power,and the lifeline of local application-oriented universities.Highlight the main position of students in the develop-ment of education,emphasize the effectiveness of teaching quality evaluation through learning effectiveness eval-uation,improve the talent training model in line with the needs of local industries,build a closed-loop teaching quality assurance model of"teaching quality decision-making and implementation,teaching quality monitoring and evaluation,teaching quality information feedback,and continuous improvement of teaching quality",im-prove the teaching quality assurance system,and effectively ensure the resultful operation of local application-ori-ented college education and teaching.
